Certificate of Incorporation

The certificate of incorporation of registration certificate of the company must be enclosed.

NOC from Municipality

The No objection certificate has to be obtained from the municipality for applying for a food license.

MOA and AOA

In the case of Company, MOA and AOA of the business has to be enclosed.
