Indian Standards Institution (ISI) mark which certifies the quality, reliability and safety standards of the product accepts to an Indian standards developed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). ID Proof

Aadhar / Voter ID / Driving licence / PAN / Passport ( In case of forigen national ) of the applicant and Document in relation to the proof of identity.

Address Proof and Utility Bill

The Residential Address proof of the applicant or any bill in relation to electricity /landlord bill / bank statement and incorporation certificate and Document in relation to proof of address.

Photos

The photos of the applicant should submit for the clarification and proof of the concerned person.

Copy of Bank Statement

The bank statement of the applicant where the first two pages has to be attached.

Certificate of Incorporation

The copy of certificate of incorporation of registration certificate of the company must be enclosed.

Copy of Test Report

The final report of he certified test will be enclosed.
