Registration of ISI Mark Certification
When a product bears the Indian requirements Institution (ISI) mark, it indicates that its safety, dependability, and quality requirements are in line with those set forth by the Bureau of Indian Standards. ISI can only be used on items and is required for certain types of products; no producer can sell without an ISI certificate. The ISI license is applicable to both Indian and foreign manufacturers.
